Essay Jumpstart Boot Camp
Join us for a 2-Day Essay Jumpstart Boot Camp to lay the foundation for a student’s college application Personal Statement. The Boot Camp will take place on Tuesday, July 1st, and Wednesday, July 2nd, from 9:30 - 11:45 am in Fairfax Station, VA. Essay Jumpstart Boot Camps are limited in size to a maximum of 10 students.
Over two days, students will:
Learn the basic structure of a college essay
Determine important character traits to include in their essay
Brainstorm a variety of essay topics
Develop a detailed outline for their 650-word personal statement for the Common App
